The opening session brought together several key figures from the academic and diplomatic world:

  • Prof. Bruno Bouchard, President of Paris Dauphine University – PSL
  • Mr. Laurent Toulouse, Deputy Director at the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs
  • Mr. Manuel Bouard, Deputy Delegate at the Ministry of Higher Education
  • Mr. Laurent Viguié, representative of the French Embassy in Senegal

The Senegalese Minister of Higher Education, Prof. Abdoul Aziz Diouf, presented an ambitious vision to strengthen the country’s attractiveness and encourage both regional and international student mobility.
