Lyon
Originally from Cameroon, Kevany Felicia Bissa Edouma chose to come to France to pursue her studies in marketing and communication. Supported by My French Degree, she joined Ipac Bachelor Factory Lyon, where she is currently preparing her Bachelor in Marketing Communication 360. Through her testimonial, she reflects on her integration, her professional ambitions, and shares her advice for future international students.
What is My French Degree?
Before coming to France, Kevany discovered My French Degree, the international office of the Eduservices group. “I quickly understood that My French Degree was created to support French-speaking students like me who want to study in France. It is a valuable resource to prepare your study project and integrate into a new country.”
This structure allows hundreds of international students each year to join one of the group’s schools, including MBway and Ipac Bachelor Factory, depending on their career plans, while ensuring them personalized and human support.
Tailored support to study in France
Thanks to My French Degree, Kevany was guided toward the program that best matched her ambitions: the Bachelor in Marketing Communication 360. “I was looking for a comprehensive and career-oriented program. My French Degree helped me identify a school that met my expectations, with recognized degrees and a welcoming environment for international students.”
She explains that she was convinced by the school’s reputation: “I chose Ipac Bachelor Factory Lyon for the quality of its teaching and the recognition of its degrees. The school is very open to international students, which gave me confidence from the start.”
Her arrival in France: between challenges and great encounters
Kevany’s arrival in France was not without challenges. “My arrival was a bit complicated, administrative procedures took longer than expected and I arrived after the start of the semester… without my luggage!” she says with a smile. But from her first days in Lyon, she found the support she needed: “I immediately went to the campus. The academic team welcomed me, showed me around, and helped me access all the platforms. I also met the development manager, who reassured me about my internship search.”
She adds: “Regarding administrative procedures such as accommodation, banking, or transportation, my relatives helped me a lot. Today, I feel perfectly integrated.”
Challenges quickly overcome thanks to campus support
Like many international students, Kevany had to adapt to a new environment and a different pace. “At first, I didn’t know how to log into the MyCampus and SEIRA platforms, and I didn’t yet have a computer.”
Fortunately, she could rely on the support of the Ipac Bachelor Factory Lyon team: “The school immediately helped me and even lent me a computer. What stood out to me is that there is always someone available to answer our questions. You never feel alone.”

As for campus life, she is delighted: “The Lyon campus is beautiful, clean, and very well equipped. We have everything we need: computers, microwaves, vending machines, internet access… And above all, a teaching team that is always present.”
