Factory Game : un challenge pour les B1 et B2

The Factory Game 2026 organized by Ipac Bachelor Factory brought together students from our business school around an immersive challenge: addressing a real business issue, building a strong recommendation, and then defending it in the national final in front of a panel of professionals. This is exactly what we value at My French Degree: hands-on, career-oriented learning aligned with market expectations.

Learning by doing: from brief to final pitch

More than just a competition, the Factory Game by Ipac Bachelor Factory is a real-world format that places Bachelor Management students in real-life conditions, just like in a company. In teams, they take on the role of consultants/project managers and work on all the key stages of a mission:

  • Analysis and understanding of the brief
  • Strategic diagnosis
  • Creative and actionable ideas
  • Structured action plan
  • Argumentation & public speaking, up to the final pitch

The objective: to propose a relevant, feasible, and convincing solution, with the same standards as in a company: rigor, creativity, impact, and the ability to defend one’s choices. The 2026 national final took place in Rennes, a symbolic location: the Rennes campus, winner of the previous edition, hosted the finalist teams in a highly stimulating network-driven atmosphere.

NOVO19: an inspiring partner with a highly relevant brief

For this edition, we had the pleasure of collaborating with NOVO19, a new TNT channel from the Ouest-France group, driven by a strong local editorial line and a proximity-based content strategy. The challenge given to the students: how to create a YouTube editorial offering, as an extension of NOVO19, that complements the channel’s current content?

A demanding topic, at the crossroads of brand strategy, platform usage, and content creation.

2026 national final rankings

  • 1st: Toulouse campus
  • 2nd: Madrid campus
  • 3rd: Caen campus
  • Jury’s favorite: Angers campus

Congratulations to all the students involved for the quality of their recommendations, their commitment, and their team spirit throughout the challenge.
