Factory Game: a challenge for first- and second-year Bachelor students

The Factory Game 2026, organized by Ipac Bachelor Factory, brought together students around an immersive challenge: tackling a real business issue, building a strong recommendation, and presenting it in the national final in front of a panel of professionals. This is exactly what we stand for at My French Degree—hands-on, career-focused learning aligned with real market expectations.

Learning by doing: from brief to final pitch

More than just a competition, the Factory Game by Ipac Bachelor Factory is a real-life learning experience that puts Bachelor Management students in a professional setting. Working in teams, they take on the role of consultants or project managers and go through every key stage of a real assignment:

  • Understanding and analyzing the brief
  • Strategic diagnosis
  • Developing creative and actionable ideas
  • Building a structured action plan
  • Presenting and defending their work through a final pitch

The goal is to deliver a solution that is relevant, realistic, and convincing—meeting the same standards expected in the workplace: rigor, creativity, impact, and the ability to justify decisions. The 2026 national final took place in Rennes, a symbolic location, as the Rennes campus—winner of the previous edition—hosted the finalist teams in a dynamic, networking-friendly atmosphere.

NOVO19: a relevant and inspiring partner

For this edition, students worked with NOVO19, a new TNT channel from the Ouest-France group, known for its strong local editorial approach and proximity-based content strategy. Their challenge: to design a YouTube editorial concept that would complement NOVO19’s existing content.

A complex and stimulating topic, combining brand strategy, platform usage, and content creation.

2026 national final rankings

  • 1st: Toulouse campus
  • 2nd: Madrid campus
  • 3rd: Caen campus
  • Jury’s favorite: Angers campus

Congratulations to all students for the quality of their work, their commitment, and their team spirit throughout the challenge.
